These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites and applications operated by Contact Pals Incorporated, including BirdingPal.com, BirdingPal.org, GeneralPurpose.com, and related services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Paid subscriptions are billed on the schedule disclosed at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact corporate@contactpals.org. Payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal.
You agree not to use our services to post unlawful, harassing, or harmful content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems; or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Content on our platforms, including text, images, and software, is the property of Contact Pals Incorporated or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a licence to display and distribute it within our services.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contact Pals Incorporated shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
